:: AERO-1000 RED DOG QUAD BUGGY 250cc, 4 Stroke Engine::

A new generation of wheeled Paramotor platforms: The ALL-NEW BlackHawk LowBoy-3 is going to be a game-changer in the Powered Paragliding Industry. BlackHawk has always been the leading innovator in the sport and this platform is no exception. In fact, it's the very FIRST Paramotor "Hybrid" platform produced by BlackHawk. This means the LowBoy-3 can be converted from a Quad to a Trike in just seconds. Flying in higher winds with uneven terrain, or just getting into the sport? Use the LowBoy-3 in "Quad-Mode" for extra lateral stability! Once you are an experienced Pilot and start traveling, you can put your LowBoy-3 into "Trike-Mode" and save some space. There's No need to choose now between a Quad or a Trike! You can enjoy both worlds without having to purchase both – exclusively from BlackHawk!

The LowBoy-3 Just Got a whole lot better: How does 12.7kg (28 lbs) lighter sound? BlackHawk has incorporated 6061 large-diameter aluminium tubing, making the platform lighter without sacrificing durability. The LowBoy-3 comes standard with our Tundra-style tires now and features thicker fibreglass axles for even more added strength. With quick-release pins located throughout the platform, it's never been easier to collapse or fold it for transporting. BlackHawk has incorporated a new multi-positional hang point system. This allows Pilots to adjust the Paramotor's center-of-gravity very quickly and with consistent precision.

Prior to commercial application, hundreds of these engines were tested in both aviation & extreme-racing conditions to literally “perfect” this engine. The AERO-100 250cc EFI 4-Stroke weighs & costs about the same as many of today’s modern 2-stroke motors, yet it features the RELIABILITY you would expect from a high-performance aviation-grade 4-stroke motor! The AERO-100 is extremely fuel-efficient and drastically reduces emissions.

Featuring Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI): The AERO-100 250cc EFI 4-Stroke automatically monitors and adjusts it’s self for air density, thereby eliminating the need for constant carburettor adjustments. EFI also provides a smoother running engine, more power, and dramatically increases fuel efficiency. This combined with water cooling, puts this engine at a level unseen in Paramotoring before.

The new AERO-100 250cc EFI 4-Stroke Paramotor was designed to handle the demands of Pilots who want to go the distance. Cross-country Paramotor Pilots can fly with the performance of a high-tech racing engine, and the unmatched reliability of a 4-stroke motor! In the recent past, 4-stroke Paramotors were heavy, complex, and costly. The AERO-100 250 changes all of that!

This new 4-Stroke also increases fuel efficiency beyond anything we've seen in a motor of this class! Welcome to the lightest, most reliable, and most affordable 4-Stroke engine this sport has seen for its displacement! In fact the AERO-100 “weighs in at 30kg (65 lbs), INCLUDING the battery, exhaust, electric start, carby, oil, & water !” That’s equivalent to many 2-strokes on the market!

You want long-lasting with minimal maintenance? The AERO-100 250cc EFI 4-Stroke is equipped with a timing chain and ALL rotating parts inside the bloc have roller or needle bearings. A diaphragm oil pump supplies oil to the integrated dry sump. The AERO-100 250 is water-cooled, achieving an average of 168-218C running temperature at level flight, compared to 193~260C (380~500F) for 2-Stroke motors! All these little things add up to increase the lifetime of a 4-stroke.  In fact, the AERO-100 Manufacturer recommends an engine rebuild at 500 hours which is unheard of with a 2-stroke motor.

The simplicity, dependability, and durability of the new BlackHawk AERO-100 250cc EFI 4-Stroke is just another example of how BlackHawk Paramotors continues to reinvent aviation.

If you are in the market for a NEW Paramotor with the absolute latest Industry technology, it doesn't get any “newer” than the 2016 AERO-100 250 4-Stroke!

HARDER, BETTER, FASTER, STRONGER:

The 2023 Bush Dawg is a HIGH-OUTPUT, precision-built, single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a clutch, water-cooling, and electronic fuel-injection.

It also has some very impressive specifications. The Bush Dawg features a 6" larger cage, Rugged Alaskan Tundra wheels, a 160cm 4-blade carbon fibre prop, and our largest 4.6 gal tank.

With only a gallon of fuel spent per hour, this is the ultimate cross-country machine! With a max payload of 800 lbs, it's also the ultimate TANDEM machine! HIGH-OUTPUT means better climb with heavier payloads, at higher elevations.

Many wonder how such a small displacement engine (250cc) can harness this kind of power from a single cylinder.

As Mike Robinson explained: "Part of the secret is high RPM capability. This 'powerhouse, Swiss-made engine' runs at 9500 RPM and idles at around 2000-2200 RPM." The Bush Dawg was engineered well beyond 16,000 RPM !

The latest HIGH-OUTPUT version of the Aero 1000 has 10% more HP (39hp). This high-output design is "extremely economical on fuel." Pilots can enjoy hours of flight, on a single tank of gas, with the extraordinary reliability of a 4-stroke.

SOUNDS GOOD?

Upon starting the engine, pilots will notice that it has a great sound to it. Very smooth, with a robust 4-stroke rumble.

This is much different from a typical 2-stroke Paramotor. As Mike Robinson stated: "Most 2-stroke engines sound like a weed-eater! This baby sounds like an actual aircraft engine!"

PUTTING THE "POWER" BACK INTO "POWERED PARAGLIDING":

In this sport, power-to-weight ratio is extremely important. Not just for performance, but for legal reasons.

Paramotors have to be under a certain weight to qualify as a non-licensed sport. Aircraft manufacturers (like BlackHawk) seek to squeeze every last drop of power out of their engines.

In the case of the Aero 1000-HO, they did just that. "The standard Aero 1000 has so much potential that we pushed forward with the HIGH-OUTPUT design" said Robinson.

"The 2022 High-Output configuration, or "The Bush Dawg" as we call it, is simply the finest 4-stroke Paramotor on the market right now. And not just the engine. From the glider to the Alaskan Tundra tires, this is the ultimate Trike / Quad package."

If you have any questions about the Bush Dawg, or the sport of Powered Paragliding, we'd love to hear from you: For sales, you can Fill in this Form, then you will be able to Call us.

This engine recommended for a MAXIMUM TOTAL PAYLOAD of 363kG (800 lbs), with the proper size glider.

**Comes Standard with the Quad configuration. Trike configuration is $125 less.
