The following outlines the general shipping policy from BlackHawk Paramotor's Factory in USA. This page is subject to change at anytime without prior notice. For our Disclaimer or any questions regarding our Shipping, Privacy, or Warranty Policies, please see links at the bottom of our HOMEPAGE.
Delivery times: The estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase is an estimate and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is a general estimate, Australian Powered Paragliders or BlackHawk Paramotor's cannot refund shipping or merchandise charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Orders placed at the end of the work-week or prior to National Holidays may cause the shipment to be delayed until the next business day.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Handling fees may apply and will be included in the shipping quote. Shipping costs may vary depending on the merchandise ordered and shipping destination. Initial price quotes provided (by phone or email) include “estimated” shipping costs and may be subject to additional government changes. The final shipping totals we provide exclude any additional government charges prior to shipment, the customer may be asked by the freight company to paying any additional government charges prior to delivery.
Packaging of Items: BlackHawk Paramotor's does there best to use recycled boxes with our commitment to the environment or “Going Green.” This may cause the order to arrive in separate packages or previously used packaging. All fragile items are packed with appropriate protective materials (such as bubble-wrap or other padding)
Shipping Carriers: BlackHawk Paramotor's primarily uses UPS or USPS for all shipments. For oversized Australian and international shipping, other methods may be utilized. Customers will be notified of the carrier used if requested by the customer. Any unforeseen shipping fees or customs fees incurred will be paid by the customer. Australian Powered Paragliders does not charge for “on-site pickup” of merchandise from Lilyfield.
Delivery options: Ground or standard shipping options provided by our Carriers will be utilized unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Any expedited shipping or special requests may cause an increase in shipping charges and must be paid for by the customer prior to shipment.
Delivery Confirmation or Insurance: Most Carriers provide tracking numbers for shipments. These are automatically generated and sent to the customer via email. If you have not received tracking information on your merchandise, simply contact us by phone or email to request them. BlackHawk Paramotor's does not provide shipping insurance unless the customer specifically requests it. Any additional charges for insurance must be paid by the customer in full, prior to shipment.
Claims: Once the merchandise has been picked up by a shipping carrier, Australian Powered Paragliders and BlackHawk Paramotor's USA, releases all liability for shipments. Any lost, damaged, or misdirected packages are the responsibility of the carrier and customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping: Customer is responsible for checking all local and State laws regarding the purchase, transportation, use, or receiving of Powered Paragliding merchandise, prior to ordering. Any unforeseen shipping, customs, or other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. BlackHawk Paramotor's USA reserves the right to utilize any international shipping carrier unless specific arrangements are made at the time of purchase.
Combined Shipping: Total shipping costs for multiple items may be combined if possible to minimize shipping costs. Some items may need to be shipped separately depending on shipping carrier policies, type of item, weight limits, and such.
